Hello Bloggers! The concept of Bee & Sea came about on January 3rd, 2011, in Santa Monica, California. We were shopping at one of our favorite stores; Kitson, and came across military styled necklaces on long gold chains with letters on them. We both instantly tried finding our first initial, but as Britt found a "B", I (Courtney) couldn't find a "C"! Britt then thought of the idea of having me wear an "S." Why you ask? Because we always called each other by our first initial and Bee thought that the S could work because it the first letter of Sea and sounds like C! So there it is! Bee and Sea.
We have always shared a love for fashion together and are constantly keeping up to date on trends and fashion blogs. Britt, being the fabulous writer she is, decided that we should start a blog expressing our love for fashion and use it as a little escape from our hectic college lives. So here we are.
